5 Brooklin Redmen selected in NLL Entry draft last night
Last night the National Lacrosse League held there yearly entry draft, with 5 Redmen players being selected.
Graeme Hossack was selected 2nd overall by the Rochester Knighthawks. Hossack comes off a season where he was a force on the Redmen defense. Hossack fell 1 spot from the pre draft rankings.
Reilly O’Connor Was selected 7th overall by the Calgary Roughnecks. O’Connor missed a portion of the 2015 season, but was able to climb from his pre draft ranking of 10th.
Dan Lintner was selected 8th overall by the New England Blackwolves. Lintner was a force on the Redmen offence this past season, and pulling some superman like moves around the opponents goal crease. Lintner moved up 1 spot from his pre draft rankings.
Mike Triolo was selected 27th overall by the Buffalo Bandits. Triolo was the go to guy for the face offs this past season. Triolo climbed 8 spots from his Original pre draft rank.
Finally Kyle Aquin was selected 34th overall by the Toronto Rock. Aquin missed most of the season due to prior commitments, but was able to move up 10 spots from the pre draft rank
