Former General Manager, Brad MacArthur stepped aside in April 2024 and soon after Gavin Prout assumed the reins as the club's new GM. Prout carried on the great work done by MacArthur and started to assemble a line-up that he said "would be talented each and every night." Gavin will be ably assisted by Geoff Kent and Will Petschenig in selecting and organizing players among other administrative tasks.
There will be changes behind the bench as well. Jason Crosbie told his team in the room after last season's final game that he would be hanging up his coaches whistle to spend more time with his family. The Brooklin Lacrosse Club unveiled their new head coach, Joel Johnson and assistants, Brad Reed and Clancy Almas. Greg Linton and Paul Wade will continue to support the club as equipment managers and Kaylin Fraser is back as trainer.
